Samsung UI/UX Mobile Theme Design
Winner of the 2020 Samsung Mobile Themes competition. The theme taking inspiration from the Afro Punk movement was created with uniquely themed iconography, illustrations, backgrounds and a futuristic African colour palette. The theme was created to promote greater cultural richness and assist in cementing Africa’s unique aesthetic and styles within the global culture.

The challenge
To conceptualize and execute a mobile theme which would assist Samsung to increase sales and increase user traffic to the Mobile Themes section of the Galaxy Store.
Our solution
A mobile them titled "Afronauts" was created. This design won the 2019/2020 Samsung Mobile Themes competition and currently features on the Galaxy Store. Additionally, the theme was within the top 3 mobile themes of 2020 on the Store.
